Global Funk Fam was proud to stand as an official sponsor of the Unstoppable DJ Battle , a proper celebration of UK turntablism, built by the community and delivered with serious energy from start to finish.
This wasn’t “just another battle”. Unstoppable brought together elite DJs, heavyweight routines, and those moments where anything can flip in a second. From razor-sharp technique to full-send showmanship, the day proved exactly why scratch culture is still evolving, still loud, and still pulling new people in.
Founded by the legendary DJ Huw Wackman (DJ EXCEL) and powered by the Scratch Café community, Unstoppable put the spotlight where it belongs: on the DJs pushing boundaries, keeping turntablism alive, and creating a space that feels like a proper family reunion for turntable heads.
We captured the day on the ground — including exclusive interviews on the Global Funk Fam YouTube, with winners, judges, and scene staples talking battles, gear, nerves, and the culture behind it all.
As always, our mission stays the same: support DJs, strengthen communities, and help the culture travel further than any one city. From online raid trains to real-world events like this, Unstoppable was everything we back! collaboration, connection, and uplifting the next generation.
