Welcome to Global Funk Fam (“GFF”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of gff.dj, including DJ profiles, community features, events, raid trains, and account sign-in services.
By using the site or creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
Global Funk Fam is a worldwide community of DJs, producers, music lovers, and creators. We provide a place to discover artists, share profiles, promote music and events, and take part in community activities.
Creating a profile or account does not guarantee membership, event slots, raid-train places, promotion, or any other opportunity. GFF may review profiles and community participation to help keep the space welcoming and safe.
You may create an account using an email address, Google, Twitch, Apple, or another sign-in option we make available.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the activity that happens through it. Please give accurate information and do not create an account for someone else, impersonate another person, or use an account to mislead others.

You must not use GFF to:
post unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, hateful, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, or misleading material;
harass, impersonate, or deliberately target another person;
share content you do not have permission to use;
collect other people’s personal information without their consent;
interfere with the site, its security, or other members’ use of it; or
promote scams, spam, or unauthorised commercial activity.
We may remove content, restrict access, or close accounts where these standards are not met.
You keep ownership of the content you upload or link to, such as your DJ name, biography, images, music links, videos, and social profiles.
By adding content to GFF, you give us permission to display, reproduce, resize, and share it through GFF’s website and community channels for the purpose of operating and promoting the GFF community. This permission ends when you remove the content or close your account, except where it has already been shared or where we need to keep it for legal, safety, or record-keeping reasons.
You confirm that you have the rights needed to share anything you submit.
DJs and creators are responsible for making sure they have the necessary rights, licences, and permissions for their music, streams, videos, and other content.
GFF may link to services such as Twitch, Google, Apple, YouTube, Mixcloud, SoundCloud, Discord, Bandcamp, and social-media platforms. Those services are separate from GFF and have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or actions.
Event details, line-ups, timings, and availability may change. Take part in GFF events and community activities at your own discretion and follow any additional rules provided by an event organiser, venue, streaming platform, or community lead.
We work to keep GFF available and accurate, but cannot guarantee that the site will always be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or up to date. We may change, pause, or remove parts of the site when needed.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
You may stop using GFF at any time. We may suspend or end access to an account if we reasonably believe these Terms have been broken, the community is at risk, or we need to protect the site or its users.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with its updated date. Continuing to use GFF after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
