**Ridiculous DJ** GFF’s funky quokka-woman.
Scandinavian by biology, raised in Japan, heart of a Texan, stuck in the UK. Truly giving the Global to the Funk Fam.
Faramix got her start in DJing by taping hip-hop off the radio and mixing on modified cassette players. From there, she cut her big teeth in the clubs and bars near the Tokyo metropolitan area, before storming stages at events and conventions in the USA, the UK, and Japan.
Now she rolls a little quieter, preferring smaller venues, and also plays on Twitch, bringing a huge variety of music that spans ghetto funk, glitch-hop, breakbeat, cabaret swing-core and steampunk, hardcore/gabber, speedcore, ragga, electro, hard rock, and just about anything else you can think of.
“I can mix anything” and she does.
No upcoming events found.
2024's fearsome mix for Halloween. Mixed live and loud.
Part 4 of the J'pan series. Mixed live with an audience, 2019.
